About the Role
As a Solutions Sales Coordinator you are the backbone of the Swiss Re Reinsurance Solutions division and the right hand of our client facing teams within Solutions Sales & Origination division, where you enable them to achieve the goals of the Division and become the preferred partners for our clients. As part of your role, your focus will be on US or APAC regions and you will ensure that client activities are performed accurately, efficiently, and according to relevant timelines. Your working hours will be kept within the standard working hours (6am – 22pm) range. We are looking for the glue that sticks our cross-functional teams together and interacts with colleagues from all over the Group.
Your core responsibilities will include:
• Support Solutions Sales & Origination in generating business and leading their cross-functional teams
• Act as a key point of contact for other functions within the Solutions Division for SSO-related tasks (legal, finance, governance, products, risk consulting & analytics etc.)
• Prepare compelling sales presentations to showcase value proposition and follow up with clients/prospects where appropriate
• Coordinate and support creation and steering of clients´ solutions strategies, engage in strategic planning and shaping of go-to-market strategy
• Analyzing internal and external client data, preparing performance reports, supporting team´s decision making with analytical view of business
• Client and industry event support and various project management work

About You
Strong candidates for this position will:
• Have experience working in the (Re-)insurance or Financial Services sector, ideally 2-5 years
• Be highly motivated, driven by problem-solving and applies analytical, strategic, critical and contextual thinking
• Be creative and work effectively under tight deadlines and work both independently and proactively and in a team – while keeping close attention to detail
• Know how to develop and track progress against project plans, timelines and changing priorities
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and integrity when communicating with internal and external partners
• Fluent in English is a must
• Possess advanced skills in MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, MS Teams, MS BI etc.
• Be curious about sales/business development/Insurtech topics
The minimum gross monthly base salary for this role is 2000 EUR full time. Our final offer to you will be set up fairly, considering the skills and experience that you bring to the Swiss Re Group. You can look forward to extra rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
