The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the design, development, and maintenance of our web services infrastructure. You will support the overall solution architecture, contribute to setting technical directions, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Your role will involve learning and applying application standards and methodologies for web services solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Web Services Development: Develop and maintain REST/SOAP web services using Java.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Work with Azure and ALI infrastructure to deploy and manage applications.
• Containerization: Utilize Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
• Infrastructure as Code: Implement and manage infrastructure using Terraform.
• Database Management: Use Oracle SQL for database development and maintenance.

About You:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about web services development and cloud technologies. You should have experience in application development, particularly with Java and REST/SOAP web services. Familiarity with Azure and ALI infrastructure is beneficial, as is experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Oracle SQL.

Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written, are essential. Your ability to tell compelling stories and present complex ideas clearly will set you apart. Strong analytical skills and a knack for problem-solving are vital, as you will need to consider multiple perspectives to find the best solutions.

You should be a collaborative team player, comfortable working in agile software development environments (SCRUM) and with globally dispersed teams.

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between [EUR 3,300] and [EUR 5,400] per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:

• the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
• the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.

In the situation where you significantly exceed the requirements, the offered salary may be above the advertised range.

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
