About the Role

As a Network Partner Coordinator you will play an important role in the implementation of Global Programmes by being the link between Swiss Re Corporate Solutions Producing Offices (Underwriters and Underwriting Analysts) and Network Partners around the world.

You will make sure local policies are issued and serviced in line with our global client's requirements, market regulations and service level agreements (SLAs). In addition, you will support the Global Network Managers in monitoring Network partners' adherence to SLAs, processes, and the use of the Network Partner Portal, as well as ensuring regulatory and country specific data collection from many countries around the globe.
 
Main responsibilities include:
 

• Transactional Business Support: Coordinate the local policy and invoice issuance process using our IT Tools for a defined set of International Programs.

• Quality Control: Conduct the Local Policy Quality Control process, ensuring timely and accurate policy issuance in adherence to SLAs and local policy requests.

• Coordination: Manage quoting processes, service exceptions, and issuance of endorsements between Producing Offices and Network Partners.

• Business Growth Support: Assist with new business opportunities, premium information setup, and complex tax and fee calculations.

• Knowledge Management: Document and collect knowledge of individual Network Partners, including their capabilities, market specifics, and local regulations.

• Network Partner Management: Help train Network Partners, monitor and report on their performance, and support local premium collection.

• Process Improvement: Participate in process enhancement initiatives and the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

 
About the team
 
The Network Partner Fronting Team is part of the International Program Operations team and manages the relationship between Swiss Re Corporate Solutions and the Network Partners. We work closely with many Swiss Re Corporate Solutions teams and Network Partners around the globe to win and service International Programs for Global Corporate Clients.
 
About you
 
You are self-motivated and thorough, with a meticulous attentive to detail, always eager to learn and improve. You have outstanding organizational skills, are able to balance multiple priorities, delivering high quality results in a timely manner in a challenging, fast-paced environment.

You can work independently but also collaboratively as a part of a team. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills allowing you to build and maintain effective relations and successfully negotiate with business partners. 

Essentials:

• At least 3 years' experience working within Operations, Finance, (Technical) Accounting or International Business.

• University bachelor's degree or equivalent.

• Proficiency in Business English

Nice to haves:

• Prior experience working in International Insurance Business environment as Underwriting Support, Business Services or Network Hub Specialist is advantageous.

• Prior international experience (living and working abroad or used to work within multinational team set-up) will be an asset.

• Proficiency in any other language.

The minimum gross monthly base salary for this role is 2100 EUR full time. Our final offer to you will be set up fairly, considering the skills and experience that you bring to the Swiss Re Group. You can look forward to extra rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
