About the Role
 

As a Senior Auditor with focus on Operations and Change in Group Internal Audit (GIA), you will have the opportunity to leverage your Operations knowledge (HR, Risk Management, Legal and Compliance, Third Party Risk Management, Procurement, Logistics etc.) across the end-to-end value chain while participating in a variety of audit activities. You will also have the opportunity to provide forward looking insight in key change initiatives across Swiss Re. You will engage with senior stakeholders and function heads on a regular basis across multiple lines of business.
 

This role is an opportunity to deal with themes that have organizational impact and drive the risk culture of Swiss Re.

Key Responsibilities
•   Participate in a variety of audits, with a focus on operations functions and change, from beginning to end, owning your audit tasks within the agile audit team, driving and positively impacting the audit delivery.
•   Build and maintain relationships with senior management and engage with various stakeholders across the business.
•   Apply your expertise to contribute to the GIA audit plan.
•   Coach other members of the audit team when performing audits.
•   Challenge the audit teams to excel by acting as a role model.

About You
 

We are looking for an inspiring person that is curious, a critical thinker, delivery-oriented and a team-player. You can communicate effectively in English and deliver in ambiguous situations. You are passionate about innovation and transformation.

Essentials:
•    5-8 years' experience in the Financial Services industry
•   Experience with internal or external auditing or related control functions
•   In-depth understanding of end-to-end Operations processes
•   Proficiency in English, written and spoken

Nice to Haves:
•   Experience working in multi-regional teams and strong collaboration skills
•   Experience auditing change initiatives

•   Understanding good practice control frameworks and regulatory requirements

The minimum gross monthly base salary for this role is 3 200 EUR full time. Our final offer to you will be set up fairly, considering the skills and experience that you bring to the Swiss Re Group. You can look forward to extra rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
