Records Management Associate (Referent registratury)

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Records Management Specialist to support customers with handling records in their lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience with big data transfers, data cleanup, due diligence, and logistics coordination. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage customers and oversee records handling during their lifecycle 

  • Ensure proper classification, storage, retrieval, and disposal of records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.  

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records databases.  

  • Perform data cleanup tasks to ensure records are accurate and complete. 

  • Coordinate logistics and communication between various organizational units during records transfers. 

  • Facilitate smooth transitions of records between departments and external entities.  

  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure project milestones are met.  

About you 

  • Experience with Records Management or Data Lifecycle Management, corporate archiving processes 

  • Strong knowledge of big data transfers, data cleanup, and due diligence processes. 

  • Logistics background with experience in coordinating between different organizational units. 

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Flexibility to support afternoon or early evening hours (Americas support) 

  • Good command of English is a must 

  • Spanish and/or Portuguese is desired  

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between [EUR 1,600] and [EUR 2,600] per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:

  • the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
  • the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.

In the situation where you significantly exceed the requirements, the offered salary may be above the advertised range.

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
