Policy Administration Specialist (hybrid)

This is a rare opportunity to join a new business unit within an established company, combining the spirit of a start-up with the backing of Swiss Re's strong organisation. We are a motivated team, organised to provide digital solutions for insurance distributors that engage with consumers in digital ways.
We are looking for a specialist who will be a member of our newly- built Policy administration team taking care of life and non- life portfolio in EMEA region. You will responsible for processing the complex customers inquiries in our production systems in the close collaboration with Customer Care and Technology depts.
About the Role
You will execute the customers changes in the policy administration system and prepare the customer correspondence in line with the company procedures and guidelines
You will learn the whole policy life cycle to understand financial or technical impact of policy adjustment
You will be a part of the team defining the rules and processes for the policy system and the proper system controls to mitigate the operational and financial risk related to policy administration
You will be empowered to carry out the corrections in case of systems failures or errors
You will be responsible for the constant improvement and automation of the processes
You will help drive the efficiency across the Operations teams
About You
You are detailed and solution oriented, motivated to learn
You like working in fast-paced environment
You are skilled to drive the discussions with other team members, articulate your needs and opinions and listen to the others
You understand the setup of insurance core systems and are confident to challenge the status quo
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills
You are proficient in English and German
You are good at MS office and data entry skills
The minimum gross monthly base salary for this role is 1 900 EUR full time. Our final offer to you will be set up fairly, considering the skills and experience that you bring to the Swiss Re Group. You can look forward to extra rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
