Internal stakeholders will rely on you to execute these processes reliably and produce high quality deliverables for senior management. About the Role

You would be responsible for delivering GIA's administrative and reporting processes on a day-to-day basis and help drive continuous improvement in GIA. There are opportunities for you to not only execute processes but also innovate with GIA's leadership team and staff to drive operational excellence. 

Key responsibilities:
•   Deliver administrative and reporting processes as agreed with the relevant process owner.  
•   Proactively identify opportunities to improve the process design and work with process owners to implement the changes. 

About the Team

Group Internal Audit is an international agile team of Auditors with the vision of 'Advancing Swiss Re's Resilience'. We seek to be problem solvers who lead from every seat, challenge the status quo, understand risk, and demonstrate that we are responsive to risk.  We apply innovative and risk-focused techniques that ensure that our audit effort is proportionate to risk, and we continuously extend the use of data analytics and automation within our audit processes.

About You

You've got strong interpersonal skills and communicate well. You're curious - always asking questions and searching for solutions. New ideas excite you and you're keen to explore new experiences. 

Essentials:
•   Prior experience in a comparable operations role.

•   Experience producing professional and engaging reports for senior management.
•   Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. 
•   Ability to work with senior stakeholders and meet deadlines. 

•   Experience of agile working practices and working with data.

Nice to Haves
•   Experience within internal audit or other control functions.

The minimum gross monthly base salary for this role is 2000 EUR full time. Our final offer to you will be set up fairly, considering the skills and experience that you bring to the Swiss Re Group. You can look forward to extra rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
