The Core Insurance Platform team was established to enable business platform and end to end ecosystem for global Corporate Solutions ecosystem, that enables all functions to manage and deliver structured and compliant international and cross-border programs from a single online platform, bringing simplicity and efficiency to our clients and intermediaries through innovative use of data and technology. Customers will experience products and a customer journey that is innovative, consistent, easier to understand and reliable. About the role

As a senior engineer on the team, you will apply your well-rounded development skills and familiarity with Cloud technologies to run industry-leading applications. Along with Cloud Architects on the Core Squad, you will help ensure that the applications are secure, scalable, and resilient. Our team works on innovative new products, utilizing a modern development stack and the latest cloud technologies.

Your responsibilities include:

As a Lead QA engineer, you will apply your coding expertise to design and develop all layers of the applications.

You work closely with the Product Manager and the development squad to understand the problems, formulate solution proposals, and evaluate test automation effort and feasibility.

• Design and develop automated testing strategies and build automated testing frameworks for enterprise applications
• Involve in product design to guarantee adherence of test coverage for improved product quality
• Ability to work on multiple projects with different tools and multiple frameworks
• Coordinate with multiple projects and development teams in product development lifecycle to conform end user product and quality requirements as per schedule
• Set quality standards for projects and development teams to ensure product value with improved turn around
• Analyze and prepare key KPIs to monitor product quality for key stakeholders
• Assist in development and execution of test plans and test cases as product design specification for multiple projects and development teams
• Handle performance testing and present results for validating and analysis to Project Teams
• Responsible for managing and guiding the testing team comprises of functional and automation testers
• Adopt modern technologies, trends and relevant standards

• B. Tech. in Computer Science or equivalent degree
• 8+ years of overall experience in software product validation and test automation
• Very strong C# programming skills
• Experience with automation test frameworks (NUnit, XUnit, Selenium, RestSharp etc.) and BDD Frameworks like SpecFlow
• Experience with performance tests automation using Jmeter or Performance Center or other frameworks
• Experience of different software test techniques and QA methodologies
• Experience with web applications including web standards
• Ability to work in the Agile model with CI/CD (Bamboo, Jenkins, Azure DevOps or any other tool)
• Knowledge on Jira / Rally / Azure DevOps test management tool or other defect management tools
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of hardware and software system architecture
• Good communication and people skills are important.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
