Junior Responsible Investment Reporting Analyst

We are looking for a junior professional with a keen interest in sustainability and asset management to join our dynamic international Responsible investing team. Dive into this important and fast-evolving area of business, build your expertise in sustainability reporting, and collaborate with colleagues across all levels and functions, including Communications and Investor Relations, to play a vital role in supporting and enhancing our annual, regulatory and on-demand reporting efforts.

About the Role 

In your role, you will contribute to all aspects of monitoring and reporting results related to our Responsible Investing strategy. You´ll be part of developing qualitative and quantitative information related to our sustainability strategy, integrating environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors and also embedding climate action. Key responsibilities:

-   Coordinate and contribute to the preparation of internal and external reporting related to responsible investment, including the annual report, regulatory reporting, surveys and questionnaires
-   Collect and analyse sustainability data for our annual qualitative and quantitative reporting
-   Maintaining and updating the Responsible Investing homepage
-   Contribute to the organization’s automation of data collection and reporting processes

About the Team 

Our Responsible Investing team is a smaller international team within the Asset Management department with members located in Zurich and Bratislava. We engage in close, frequent collaboration with various departments across the company on implementation of sustainability strategy, compliance with regulatory requirements and regular and ad-hoc reporting efforts. Our team is at the forefront of sustainability for investments, offering the opportunity to dive deep into this evolving field and actively contribute to shaping its integration and reporting in Swiss Re.

About You 

You’re organized and structured, navigating the details while maintaining a broader perspective. You effectively manage timelines and consistently meet deadlines, ensuring tasks are completed with diligence and precision. You have effective communication, with strong interpersonal skills that enhance your ability to collaborate and coordinate tasks.

Essentials:
-   University or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Finance or Sustainability
-   Knowledge of financial markets and asset management, including major asset classes and investment types
-   Excellent written and spoken English skills
-   Proficiency in MS Office tools, PowerPoint and Excel in particular

Nice to Haves:
-   Understanding of responsible investing and ESG principles
-   Previous work experience in financial institution (part-time or full-time)

The minimum gross monthly base salary for this role is 1600 EUR full time. Our final offer to you will be set up fairly, considering the skills and experience that you bring to the Swiss Re Group. You can look forward to extra rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
