About Us
Imagine working on a critical, multi-cloud application that powers the very heart of our Master Data Management (MDM) system. Hosted in our private Swisscom cloud, this system seamlessly integrates data from various sources—whether batch processing or real-time data flow—through Oracle DB and Informatica PowerCenter as our ETL backbone. At the core of our operation lies the Tibco EBX5 MDM application, creating a comprehensive 360-degree view of our employees, partners, cost centers, legal entities, and more. This vital data feeds into over 700 critical applications across Swiss Re.
To ensure our data is always available when and where it’s needed, we replicate this information to public clouds such as Azure and Alibaba, utilizing a range of databases, ETL tools, and processes to maintain and manage these critical assets.
Position Overview: We are looking for an Integration Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be working on integrating, managing, and migrating critical data within our enterprise MDM system. This is an opportunity to work with a variety of technologies, including databases, ETL tools, and cloud platforms, in a dynamic and challenging environment.

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between [EUR 2,300] and [EUR 3,800] per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
- the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
- the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.
In the situation where you significantly exceed the requirements, the offered salary may be above the advertised range.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
