About the role 

We are offering an exciting opportunity to work in our HR Systems Team where we innovate, implement and manage our cloud-based HR solutions. To support the current Recruitment & Onboarding squad, we are looking for an experienced Business Consultant. In this role you will be responsible for supporting our key stakeholders in fulfilling their strategic objectives through cloud HR technology. 

  • You are working with our HR colleagues on critical initiatives related to Recruitment and Onboarding. Providing expert advice and guidance on best practices. 
  • You are leading workshops, giving solution demos and delivering training on new tools to HR colleagues 
  • You are collecting, analysing and documenting business requirements, prioritizing them with key partners. Working closely with the technical team to implement and test new features  
  • You work closely with and manage some external vendors (SAP, HireVue, SHL, Phenom). 
  • You are driving and developing a customer focused, result oriented and solution driven mentality and culture. 
  • You are supporting the incident management process in close agreement with IT counterparts to ensure fast resolution of issues and report back to business partners 

About the team 

You will be part of the team, which is responsible for all global HR systems, mainly focused on SAP SuccessFactors. We have a fully integrated cloud environment with SAP SuccessFactors covering a wide range of the capabilities such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Compensation Planning, Succession Planning, Talent Management, Learning and Payroll. 

About you 

  • You should be a specialist in Recruitment processes and or technology and have a minimum of 5 years of working experience with SAP SuccessFactors, of which minimum 3 years for Recruiting in a functional or Business Consulting role 
  • Or you are a Recruiter or HR admin using SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding modules in your day-to-day role 
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Experience with requirements gathering and engineering 
  • Strong communication skills, analytical mindset and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to work effectively within a team across multiple locations  
  • Willingness to get involved in technical designs and configuration when required 
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
